Cancer is no fun…help prevent it.

We all know exercise and avoiding alcohol and tobacco plays a huge part in our likelihood of developing cancer in our lifetimes.  There are also some super foods everyone should start working into their diet today which help prevent and/or kill cancer cells.  Some of these foods include:

  • Cabbage
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Garlic
  • Fatty Fish
  • Soy
  • Citrus Fruit
  • Strawberries
  • Curry
  • Green Tea

We will begin spotlighting recipes with these specific foods in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
